Who we are
Pentavia B.V. i.o. (a Dutch company in formation), based in Haarlem, is responsible for the details you share with us through this website. Questions? E-mail main@pentavia.nl or call 06 38 96 87 68.
What we keep
- Contact form (carriers): your name, company, e-mail address and the topic, plus your phone number and message if you fill them in.
- Driver sign-up: your name, phone number and home town, plus, if you fill them in, your e-mail address, how long you have had your licence and whether you prefer full-time or part-time.
- E-mail, phone or WhatsApp: whatever you send or tell us yourself.
We don’t ask for sensitive details such as a citizen service number, a copy of an ID or health information.
What we use it for
- To answer your question and arrange a meeting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to your request.
- To contact drivers who signed up once we start hiring. Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up.
We don’t use your details for advertising and we don’t sell them.
How long we keep it
- Contact requests: for as long as the conversation runs, and at most twelve months after that.
- Driver sign-ups: until we start hiring. After that we delete the list. You can have your sign-up removed earlier at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties we need to run the website and our e-mail: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our e-mail service. They process the details on our instructions only. If you send us a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp’s own terms apply as well.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers or advertising networks. The fonts are served from our own server.
Your rights
You can ask to see your details, have them corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. E-mail main@pentavia.nl. We reply within a month. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If anything changes, we update this page. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
